Start A Movement

You've got to watch this 3-minute clip from 7 years ago. It's amazing how easy 1 man could get a movement going in just under 2 minutes. Two things stand out from this clip to me.
1. You cannot be a leader if you're afraid of looking stupid. The reality is the movement you're wanting others to follow is probably foreign to them, don't be shocked if they think you're crazy, stupid or just ignorant for wanting to change their 30 year culture.
2. Once you've got a momentum going, you can almost just sit back and watch the movement unfold itself. A great leader becomes invisible once the movement has taken flight. Basically you can't be one always searching for the spotlight.
What movement do you need to ignite in your team? Don't be afraid to look "stupid", also get out of the way once its gathered momentum.
