I believe that #Leadership is a trait we can all learn; it is a myth that #leaders are only born and leadership cannot be developed. It is a lie that you cannot learn what it takes to become a leader. If you admire the leaders around you, want what they have, and long for the opportunity to impact lives, then consider doing the needful to become that leader you want to be.

Here's the caveat. You cannot exercise a skill you haven't carefully developed, you cannot develop a skill you haven't carefully studied, you cannot study a skill you haven't carefully identified, and you cannot identify a skill if you're not looking in the right place.

For you to be the leader you want to be, you should find true leaders and follow in their footstep, study their ways, develop the attributes you find in them, and practice what you learn. There isn't a shortage of leaders who will take you under their wings. Leaders are everywhere, leaders are in your home, at your job, in your church, in your organizations, etc. Get with the program, leadership is for you, take the first step, identify someone to learn from.
